1. Definitions

• “LV Softech,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers toLV Softech, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.
• “Services” refers to domain registration, hosting, news/NGO website development, mobile app development, e-commerce platforms, and related IT solutions.
• “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.

2. Services Provided

2.1.LV Softech offers a variety of IT services tailored to your business needs. Details of these services will be formally outlined in the specific service agreement signed between both parties.

3. User Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• The Client is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities occurring under their credentials.
• The Client agrees not to use services for unlawful purposes or to infringe on third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment is due as per the schedule outlined in the Communication Channel. LV Softech reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the specific agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights in the services provided remain the property ofLV Softech or its licensors. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality & Termination

6.1. Both parties agree to protect proprietary information.LV Softech reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client engages in unlawful activities or violates these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1.LV Softech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, INDIA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dabra, Dist. Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
